Privacy Policy

Dijital Ereg LLC ("we") operates an automated order-taking chatbot on behalf of the businesses whose Facebook Pages are connected to it (clinics, cleaning and pest-control services, shops, salons, restaurants). This policy explains what data the chatbot processes when you message such a Page or use its web chat.

1. Data we collect

• Messages you send to the Page through Messenger or the web chat, and the buttons you tap.
• Your Page-scoped ID (PSID) provided by Facebook, used only to reply to you.
• Order details you choose to provide in answer to the chatbot's questions — for example your name, phone number, address, preferred date/time, and the requested service.
• For business staff who register to receive order notifications: their PSID and first/last name from Facebook.

Some businesses (for example clinics and family health centers) need your national registration number to find your medical record. You can type it in the chat or, more privately, enter it through a one-time secure link (HTTPS, valid for 30 minutes) to a page on our server. The bot never repeats it in full: it is masked in all bot replies and staff notifications, and shown only to the business in its admin panel (hidden until staff choose to reveal it).

We do not collect passwords, payment card data, bank account numbers, or data from your Facebook profile beyond the above.

2. How we use it

• To answer your questions and take your order or appointment request.
• To pass your order to the business whose Page you messaged, so its staff can confirm and contact you.
• To send you status updates about your order (confirmed, completed, cancelled).

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than the business you contacted and the service providers listed below.

3. Service providers

Data is stored on secure cloud hosting infrastructure. If the business has enabled AI answers, the text of your question is sent to an AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate a reply; it is not used to train models.

4. Retention

Order records are kept for as long as the business needs them to provide the service, or until you ask us to delete them. Conversation state is kept in memory for up to one hour of inactivity and is not stored permanently.

5. Your rights and data deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time: send the word "delete" (or "устга") to the Page in Messenger and confirm, or contact us. See Data Deletion Instructions.
